Store Staff Ideas Turned into Products!
We are holding the “BEST MENU AWARD,” a contest inviting staff from all our locations to submit original menu items under the theme “A Summer Dish That Serves as the Face of the Brand.” From among the many ideas conceived with the hope of “making our customers happy with their meal” and “creating pancakes that we ourselves would truly want to eat,” the “Twinkle Peach Pancakes,” created by the staff at our Shibuya location, was selected as a standout entry. As a special dish to celebrate our 10th anniversary, it will be available exclusively at the Shibuya and Umeda locations starting July 15!
Part 3
This collaboration grew out of the partnership behind BAPE CAFE!?® in Hong Kong, which is produced by FLIPPER’S. To celebrate FLIPPER’S 10th anniversary, BAPE®’s popular character “MILO” joins the celebration. Check out the special matcha and mango pancakes featuring “MILO” in a FLIPPER’S apron and BAPE®’s signature camouflage motif.

To celebrate FLIPPER’S 10th anniversary, teams from seven FLIPPER’S locations in Japan and overseas have created original soufflé pancakes inspired by the desire to “delight our customers” and to “make pancakes so appealing that we’d want to eat them ourselves.” Each pancake is filled with the unique ideas of its store team. We hope you’ll enjoy these cute and delicious interpretations of FLIPPER’S “ultimate dish” as they are featured throughout the relay event. During the promotion period, you’ll also receive special perks every time you visit a participating store!
